Clinical Fellowship in Palliative Medicine

This goal of this one year clinical fellowship in Palliative Medicine is to develop physician specialists committed to providing outstanding interdisciplinary palliative care for seriously ill patients and their families.

The Section of Palliative Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center will provide the interdisciplinary clinical training for fellows in delivering comprehensive palliative care to a broad range of patients with serious illnesses and their families, in a variety of health care settings. Graduates will be subspecialty board-eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Applicants for this Fellowship must be board certified or eligible in one of the following primary specialties: Family medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Anesthesiology, Neurology/Psychiatry, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Obstetrics-Gynecology, Radiology.
