Physicians: Make a Referral

The most efficient way to make a patient referral or request a consultation is to call the Palliative Care office at (603) 650-5402, or fax (603) 650-8699.

The medical staff at the Norris Cotton Cancer Center is available for consultation, second opinion, treatment management, and follow-up evaluations for your patient.

Patient care is provided through multidisciplinary teams whose members are drawn from sections and departments throughout the Cancer Center and DHMC. These teams approach diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care collaboratively with many departments at medical center and with physicians across the region.

It is our intent to work closely with you and to support you professionally. Our staff will make every effort to keep the lines of communication open.
