Tracy Onega, PhD – Principal Investigator - is an Assistant Professor of Community and Family Medicine at Dartmouth Medical School. Dr. Onega is a health services researcher whose major interests in cancer control center on: access to cancer care, including screening, treatment, and surveillance; how place of service influences treatment and outcomes; and the effectiveness and utilization patterns of new technologies for cancer screening and treatment . As principal investigator of the New Hampshire Mammography Network, Dr. Onega focuses on population-based approaches to optimizing early detection and treatment of breast cancer, and she is also active with the New Hampshire Colonoscopy Registry research team. She has a special interest in how cancer care resources are allocated across populations, and how variations thereof impact cancer patients. Dr. Onega's research program is largely built around her expert ise in using registry and claims data to address these lines of inquiry.

Wendy S. Wells, MD (breast pathologist at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center) serves as pathology liaison for NHMN. Dr Wells is Associate Professor Pathology and has worked with the NHMN since its inception.

M. Scottie Eliassen, MS (Pathology Coordinator/Research Editor) joined the NHMN in 1995 and is also a graduate of the MS program in Evaluative Clinical Sciences at Dartmouth. Scottie has served as breast pathology coordinator since NHMN's inception. She has served as study coordinator for all breast pathology studies, which were some of the first conducted using NHMN data.

Martha Goodrich, MS (Projects Director) is a graduate of the University System of New Hampshire and has served as Project Director for all breast cancer detection studies conducted to date with the NHMN database, starting in 1997. Ms. Goodrich has extensive experience in research study management and research budget development and management.

Mary Ann Greene, MS (Programmer/Research Librarian) joined NHMN in 2002. She is a graduate of Dartmouth Medical School's Program in the Evaluative Clinical Sciences. Ms. Greene holds an undergraduate degree in library sciences, and assists with weekly reviews of the literature on mammography screening, and the development of manuscripts using NHMN data.

Scott Savioli (Database Programmer) joined the NHMN Project in 2000 and has served as our primary database programmer.   Mr. Savioli has extensive experience as a database programmer, joining NHMN from the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center Information Systems Division.

Julie Weiss, MS (SAS Programmer/Data Analyst) joined the NHMN in 2000 and has served as the data analyst. Prior to joining NHMN Ms. Weiss served as data analyst in the Norris Cotton Cancer Center's Biostatistical Core.

Bridgett Jillson (Study Manager) joined the NHMN Project in 1997.  Ms Jillson provides administrative support for all NHMN staff and research activities.

Patricia Oakes (Mammography Research Database - Data Scanning & Processing Clerk) Ms. Oakes has provided database services to the NHMN consistently for 5 years. 

Bethany Lynch (Patient Registration System - Data Entry & Processing Clerk) Ms. Lynch has been with NHMN continuously for the past 9 years, providing data entry and processing.

Sandra Spaulding (Patient Registration System - Data Entry & Processing Clerk) Ms. Spaulding has served the NHMN with entry of patient and provider data and processing for over 7 years.
