Cancer Center Celebrates LIVESTRONG Day

LIVESTRONG Day is the Lance Armstrong Foundation's one-day initiative to raise awareness and funds for the cancer fight. LIVESTRONG Day 2008 was held on Tuesday May 13, 2008.

Here at Norris Cotton Cancer Center, we celebrated LIVESTRONG DAY by handing out 200 Livestrong wrist bands to inpatients, outpatients, and staff and highlighting the educational and supportive services offered by the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Our goal was to educate and encourage everyone to UNITE in the fight against cancer.
