The Cancer Center in Lebanon is our main facility and the hub for all cancer-related treatment in the region. It is one of only 39 NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers in the country. Patients with all forms of cancer receive services within a positive environment, using technologically advanced cancer treatments. Scientists at Norris Cotton Cancer Center are studying the causes, cures, and treatments for cancer, as well as cancer prevention. It offers specialty programs in Gynecologic Oncology and Familial Cancer (genetic counseling). All chemotherapy is delivered on-site and is prepared in-house by specially trained pharmacists. Surgery and radiation therapy are coordinated with a patient's primary care physician and local healthcare facilities. Select clinical trials studying new treatments and other research questions are available to patients.
