Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and Norris Cotton Cancer Center invite nominations for the position of Chief of the Section of Hematology/Oncology in the Department of Medicine at Dartmouth Medical School.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is the only tertiary care hospital in New Hampshire and the teaching hospital of Dartmouth Medical School. The Norris Cotton Cancer Center at Dartmouth is an NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center with substantial resources to facilitate collaborative research, build clinical programs, and provide care throughout the region.

The section currently includes 21 faculty, 13 advanced nurse practitioners, and 9 fellows. Candidates must be board certified, be experienced in clinical care, have a distinguished record of original research, possess excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills, and have demonstrated organizational and administrative ability.

The Section Chief will work collaboratively with the Chair of the Department of Medicine and the Director of Norris Cotton Cancer Center to build on excellence in teaching, investigation, and clinical programs.

Our institution is located in the idyllic Upper Connecticut River Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont.
