Shared Decision Making

Making a decision about how to deal with a cancer diagnosis is difficult  and daunting. Norris Cotton Cancer Center provides support in the form of the Center for Shared Decision Making (CSDM). The CSDM staff work with you and your family members to evaluate the various choices you have for treatment, determine the pros and cons of each, and to give you the information to make the decision that is right for you.

Prostate cancer is a disease that has a wide variety of possible treatments, and the CSDM staff is experienced in making sure you understand everything you need to make the best decision for your situation.  CSDM has a great deal of information about prostate cancer, its treatment options, and information to help you understand your treatment  options.
