About the Marilyn K. Bedell Distinguished Lecture in Oncology Nursing
Marilyn Bedell retired from her position of Inpatient Nursing Director of Hematology & Oncology and Associate Director for Oncology Nursing at Dartmouth's Norris Cotton Cancer Center in January 2007. The Cancer Center established the Marilyn K. Bedell Distinguished Lecture in Oncology Nursing to honor the exemplary leadership she showed over the course of 35 years of caring for cancer patients at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. The Bedell Lecture brings distinguished guest speakers to the Cancer Center each year to address relevant trends and future directions in oncology nursing.

Directions and Parking
- Directions to DHMC
- Parking. Park in Lot 9 behind Jesse's restaurant, which is located across from the north entrance to DHMC on Route 120. Shuttle buses run continually from Lot 9 to the Cancer Center Entrance of DHMC.
- Finding Auditorium E. Once inside the Cancer Center Entrance of DHMC, take a right. Follow the signs to the Mall and Main Elevators. At the Reception / Information desk located in the main rotunda, take a left. Go down the glassed-in hallway to the third doorway on the left, across from the open staircase. Once you enter the foyer, you will see the door to Auditorium E on the right.
